Creating a Member Account

You can click on the top right 'Log-in' icon and Sign-up for your new member account.

You will also find the Log-in / Sign-up options at the Check-out page.

No. You can place your order as Guest member without logging into or creating a member account. Your Order, Payment & Shipment confirmation is sent to the email address entered during order checkout.
However, we recommend that you create a member account & log-in before checkout to utilize the below benefits.

  • Use Express Checkout to complete future purchases quickly without re-entering the addresses.
  • Track the status of current order.
  • Review previous orders.
  • Create a personal profile
  • Avail exclusive member offers

If you have forgotten your member account password, click on 'Forgot Password?' link on the Log-in page & enter your registered email address.
Password reset link is sent to the email address you have previously registered with us.

Orders & Cancellation

please follow the below instructions to place an order.

  • Select the product of your choice & select the quantity.
  • Click on 'Quick Add' or 'Add To Cart' button.
  • After you choose the products, click on the top right 'Cart' icon.
  • In the pop-up windows, click on 'View Cart'.
  • In 'My Cart' page, review the products & click on 'Checkout'.
  • In the 'Checkout' page, enter your Shipping Details, Delivery Method & Payment Method. (Registered member can choose to log-in to their member account).
  • Review & Place the order. This will redirect you to the secure payment gateway of your choice (RazorPay or PayU) to complete your online payment transaction.
  • Once your payment is successful, your order is placed & notification sent to the email address entered during checkout process.

Once the order is placed, you can Log-in to your account and click on 'My Orders' to know your order status. You will also receive an confirmation email to your registered email address.

You can enter the coupon code by clicking on 'Enter a promo code' option on 'My Cart' page or the 'Checkout' page before making payment.
The value of your total order gets updated automatically once a valid promo code is applied.

There is no need to cancel your order. If you forgot to apply a promotional code to avail discount, writing to us at info@rawskinn.com, with below information:

We will review your order & the difference amount (Total amount paid - Total amount after applying the promo code) will be refunded to the original method of payment via the payment gateway within 5-7 business working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.

Orders cannot be edited once they have been shipped.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at info@rawskinn.com Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

All approved refund credits will be made to the original method of payment via the payment gateway within 5-7 business working days. The same will reflect in your bank statement if paid online.

Yes, product price shown is inclusive of all taxes.

Yes. You can add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping charges.

Shipping & Return

At present we ship only within India.

However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!

Yes, we ship all over India.

We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid orders above ₹ 799.

For orders less than ₹ 799, we charge a nominal fee of ₹ 50 towards shipping & handling charges.

Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
All orders are shipped via standard shipping services.

You can Log-in to your member account and click on 'My Orders' to know the order status.
Shipment confirmation email with consignment tracking details are also sent to your registered email address, once the order has been shipped.

Shipping address cannot be edited once they have been shipped.

All our products are personal care products. Due to hygiene & safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, even in sealed conditions, unless the products are damaged or defective.

To replace or return the damaged or defective items, contact us at info@rawskinn.com within 12 hours of receiving the damaged shipment (after which the product is not liable for return / refund).

Don’t forget to attach your order invoice number and a picture of the damaged product.

If your desired payment method (Eg., HDFC Netbanking, Amerian Express Credit Cards, etc..) is not available in one payment gateway, you may try using the other payment gateway.

No, RAWSKINN.COM does not collect or store your credit / debit card information or your net banking account information. When you choose to an online payment option, you will re-directed to our trusted payment gateway site secure.payu.in for processing.

Your card / account information is securely authorized by RazorPay or PayU and corresponding banks, without any information passing back to us.

There are many reasons why an online payment can fail, leaving the consumer staring at an error message.
Here are the top 3 reasons of Online Payments Failure.

1. Downtime:

All banks have their own downtimes in place. Some of these are scheduled ones while others are unscheduled.
When this occurs, the reason for the transaction being declined is very simple – the payment gateway simply cannot reach your bank for authentication and is, therefore, declining the transaction. You can try placing your order after some time or use alternate payment gateway.

2. Incorrect Data:

Often, the reason for a declined transaction can be a simple one – you entered incorrect data, due to which the transaction could not be authorized.

The following are examples of the transaction being declined when you enter the wrong data:

  • Entering the wrong OTP or password can lead to an error message saying that your transaction could not be authorized. You can click the button that says ‘resend OTP’ and try again.
  • It might also happen that OTP does not get delivered to your messages inbox and the transaction time expires. In this case as well you can click on the ‘resend OTP’ button.
  • If your card does not have the required balance, or if you have entered an incorrect CVV number or expiry date.


  • 3. Security Concerns:

    Finally, another reason why an online transaction can be declined is because your transaction has flagged a few security concerns.

    There are many reasons why the transaction can be declined. Some of these are:

    • Risk: If there is a security threat from the side of the issuing bank, this can lead to the transaction being declined. An example of a case when this happens is when a card is only marked for domestic use and is being used for an international website. In such cases, the transaction is declined.
    • Payment Gateway Rejection: At times, the payment gateway that you are using may reject your transaction. In such case, you can try using alternate Payment Gateway.
    • Daily Limit Exceeded: You might have reached your daily or total credit card limit on the day you tried to charge your card. If this is the case, ask your credit card company to increase your limit.
