Creating a Member Account
You can click on the top right 'Log-in' icon and Sign-up for your new member account.
You will also find the Log-in / Sign-up options at the Check-out page.
No. You can place your order as Guest member without logging into or creating a member account. Your Order, Payment & Shipment confirmation is sent to the email address entered during order checkout.
However, we recommend that you create a member account & log-in before checkout to utilize the below benefits.
If you have forgotten your member account password, click on 'Forgot Password?' link on the Log-in page & enter your registered email address.
Password reset link is sent to the email address you have previously registered with us.
Orders & Cancellation

Once the order is placed, you can Log-in to your account and click on 'My Orders' to know your order status. You will also receive an confirmation email to your registered email address.
You can enter the coupon code by clicking on 'Enter a promo code' option on 'My Cart' page or the 'Checkout' page before making payment.
The value of your total order gets updated automatically once a valid promo code is applied.
There is no need to cancel your order.

We ship PAN India and Worldwide, except for a few locations (due to courier restrictions).
Yes, we ship all over India.
We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid orders above ₹ 799.
For orders less than ₹ 799, we charge a nominal fee of ₹ 50 towards shipping & handling charges.
Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days.
All orders are shipped via standard shipping services.
You can Log-in to your member account and click on 'My Orders' to know the order status.
Shipment confirmation email with consignment tracking details are also sent to your registered email address, once the order has been shipped.

Shipping address cannot be edited once they have been shipped.
All our products are personal care products. Due to hygiene & safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, even in sealed conditions, unless the products are damaged or defective.
To replace or return the damaged or defective items, contact us at info@rawskinn.com within 12 hours of receiving the damaged shipment (after which the product is not liable for return / refund).
Don’t forget to attach your order invoice number and a picture of the damaged product.
For International orders, the dispatch & delivery time is estimated to be between 8 to 20 working days depending on the delivery location & courier partner.
However, on rare occasions, transit time may be longer due to courier loads, customs, local conditions, festive holidays, natural calamities and other factors.
International shipping charges are calculated depending on the factors such as products included in the order, weight and dimensions of the final packaging, destination country, delivery location, mode of transportation, delivery speed, and any additional services required.

All International deliveries may be subject to the Customs Duty / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes, that the customer will have to pay for receiving the package at the destination country. We only charge shipping fees and DO NOT COVER FOR CUSTOMS / IMPORT DUTY CHARGES/ OTHER APPLICABLE GOVERNMENT TAXES ON ARRIVAL IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. RAW SKINN will not be liable to pay any of the above duty charges under any circumstances.
kindly check the 'Cosmetics Laws & Regulations' established by the government of the destination country, before placing your order. Please note, in case of international shipments, the Custom authorities in some countries may open the packaging for inspection.
Orders once dispatched from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
If the customer refuses to pay the liable customs duty charges upon its arrival in the destination country, the package may be held by the logistics partner or destroyed by them. RAW SKINN will not be responsible for the same.
If the undelivered packaging is returned back to RAW SKINN, the complete shipping, return duty charges and any other applicable charges from the customer order value will be deducted while processing the refund.
If the shipment is not returned, RAW SKINN will not be able to process any refund.
